To start my case was very difficult so it was an uphill battle from the beginning. He was always available to guide me, keep me updated, answer my questions and was always honest and attentive. We occasionally butted heads but that was due to the high stress of the case and differing viewpoints on how to get to the end result. In the end he was able to secure the best possible plea deal. The judge even remarked how hard he fought for me. Just about every police officer and probation officer have been amazed at the offer I was given for my extremely difficult case. So despite some differing of opinions I will always recommend Jason and stand by his decisions.

I recently had Ms Harrell as a criminal defense attorney, At first site she may seem very laxed and not as stiff mannered as most attorneys you may have had or encountered, but let me tell you without going into the case too much, I had been arrested on some serious felonies and was held without bail, Dana put in some hardcore negotiating with prosecution and the judge and got me released on bail with some conditions, moving ahead to pretrials she negotiated in conference a few times bringing the state's offer from 5 years probation 5 years suspended and 1 year to serve. Down to an acceptable agreement of 2 prob. 2 susp. No time to serve. With my record this is equivalent to a win. I recommend Dana Harrell to anyone with drug charges or felony cases.
