Great information, and it also proved true when we went to the Providence court-house. He also was very prompt, especially on a Sunday evening. My boyfriend was also very stressed, and Noah being so prompt, as well as very positive and polite, as well as smart proved to be a positive answer in his situation it also helped us both to sleep well that night for the first time in a long, long time!
