John was personable, took the time to explain the case, was very professional, very thorough, and handled my case with the highest level of care. Even when it looked as though things weren't going to turn out ideally, he didn't hype me up. Instead, he prepared me to accept the possibility of what was likely to happen, and in the end it turned out the absolute best way it could have. He's one of the best, in my opinion.
