John is the greatest lawyer that i have ever dealth with, he is smart, intelligent and understands the law like the back of his hands. He represented me in the military when they were trying to give me dishonorable discharge, he meticulously tabled his case and i was aquitted. In another instance i hit someone on a home depot parking lot, the person was seriously injured, the police department took me to court, guess who i reached out to: John, he fought with the insurance company to pay the injured woman compensation. Calcagni is the best lawyer in the state. When I researched Calcagni prior to the consultation I was super impressed with his case results and his extensive preparation that make him stand out from the rest. I was glad that I hired John to represent me on this legal matter. . Once I talked to John and explained my case, all I had to do was sign the necessary paperwork and after that I didn’t have to do anything. John was able to handle my case long distance (I live in Florida) and close my case. I’m very grateful to John and all his legal team.

Let me start off by saying that John is a great powerful attorney. He has the communication skills to win cases, he is firm with the prosecutors and doesn’t take no for an answer. John got a serious felon charged plead down to nothing. He listened to what I said happened and used that to get a good plea deal. He bailed me out of jail on another charge and loaned me money to get home. He was trust worthy and never lied to me unlike some other lawyers.

Most people joke about how much they hate lawyers and I am one of those people. Sometimes in life though things happen where only a good lawyer can help. John was one of the three lawyers I decided to “interview” to handle my case and I immediately felt that he was the right lawyer for the job. He had me doing homework for my case before he received the signed agreement and my check. I believe his prompt action and the thorough groundwork he laid for my case were the reason my case was closed before I was even charged with anything. The most important thing he did for me, beside the legal work, was reassuring my wife that everything was going to be ok and not to worry. It was a Sunday morning and my world was crashing down. I had an argument with my wife and her emotions were running high. I was getting ready for work when she left the house, called the police and reported things that were not exactly accurate. I have a criminal record and although my crimes were more than 20 years ago, the police jumped on this opportunity for a feather in their cap. When my wife saw the eagerness of the police, who arrived 4 patrol cars strong, she immediately realized what was happening. I had already left for work but I had an immediate warrant out for my arrest issued and faced a list of criminal charges. My wife and I went from a ridiculous argument to both of us fighting for my freedom, my job, and all the other things we take for granted in our lives. He was attentive, intelligent and had this under control in minutes. The best description I have is, John commands a situation. He commands a court room. His knowledge, confidence and presence capture the attention of everyone around him. Everything about John is bad ass. From his personality, which was awesome, to his intelligence which was amazing. Even his suits are bad ass! The end result was a complete dismissal of all charges. Although I hope to never need an attorney again, John's card is in my wallet, in my car, in my motorcycle storage bag. Hell, I may even add to my tattoos and have it on my arm.
