Highly recommended. They are the best.

To start my case was very difficult so it was an uphill battle from the beginning. He was always available to guide me, keep me updated, answer my questions and was always honest and attentive. We occasionally butted heads but that was due to the high stress of the case and differing viewpoints on how to get to the end result. In the end he was able to secure the best possible plea deal. The judge even remarked how hard he fought for me. Just about every police officer and probation officer have been amazed at the offer I was given for my extremely difficult case. So despite some differing of opinions I will always recommend Jason and stand by his decisions.

I recently had Ms Harrell as a criminal defense attorney, At first site she may seem very laxed and not as stiff mannered as most attorneys you may have had or encountered, but let me tell you without going into the case too much, I had been arrested on some serious felonies and was held without bail, Dana put in some hardcore negotiating with prosecution and the judge and got me released on bail with some conditions, moving ahead to pretrials she negotiated in conference a few times bringing the state's offer from 5 years probation 5 years suspended and 1 year to serve. Down to an acceptable agreement of 2 prob. 2 susp. No time to serve. With my record this is equivalent to a win. I recommend Dana Harrell to anyone with drug charges or felony cases. When presented with the challenge of a divorce, I consulted many friends in the legal community and nearly all of them told me that Elisha was the best. Once we started working together, I instantly knew why she came so highly regarded. Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I fully understood each step of the process. The divorce was supposed to be a simple agreement, but once things took a turn for the worse (as they tend to), Elisha worked with me to make sure that my side of the story was conveyed and my voice was heard, resulting in a positive judgement for me. Her positive relationships with everyone else in the court (other lawyers, clerks, judges, etc...) gave us the chance to work through the process without making it a long, drawn out affair. Less than 3 months ago (and perhaps like you), I was restlessly searching on line for the best lawyer that I could find to defend my case. I methodically selected one, contacted one, met with one, hired one, proceeded through the court system with one, and recently closed my case with one... And that was John MacDonald. True leadership qualities, a great listener, charismatic, and smart - knows the law. Bottom line, just do it! My misdemeanor charges were importantly reduced, w/zero probation, and a one year filing (meaning off the record in one year... Gone!). In my most wishful imagination, I would have never thought of / or expected such of a satisfying result (truly amazing!).
