The worst lawyer I have ever hired and should have listened to the word about hiring!….had a medical car accident where they found some weed took almost 20k(was buying a new work truck)and was charge with possession of a firearm over my sons BB gun that was taken off him so he did get in trouble with it. Wanted me to take a possession of a firearm with no permit charge for a plea or can fight if I paid more money with the chance of a minimum of 2 yrs….and for disagreeing over it was threaten to withdraw from the case….BB gun was never use in a crime along with statements from sons mother of why I picked it up that morning….seen him once for 5min out of 5-6 postponement at court, state dropped the weed charges due to having license and tags to have for yrs but the BB gun charge stuck ridiculously…..handed me over to his assistant claims was to busy with trials to where I some how got a plea turned into..Common Nusisnce charge when the firearm charge he claimed is the best he could do over being a parent on top of dropping the ball of getting my large amount of proven business money back for not putting the paperwork in as was supposed to…Money was the main reason for hiring and tells me after money was concider UNCLAIMED that he’s done working with me and will refer me to someone to get my money back with reason it should of never been taking!….He is a Horrible Arrogant Car-salesman that does the best for him not his paid client and tries to cover all his angles to make work in his favor…..finally get to sit down to talk to him and he wants to talk about his wana be DJ life and rooms he built in his office for it…instead of doing what’s right with your life and money you spent on him working for you…talks to you arragantly as you work for him….as the talk of all over the state!!!…..so have to hire another lawyer to do what he was paid to do, fight for money Myself or loose the money over his negligence and advantage taken over such a joke of a case……Guys a Skamming BigHeaded joke!…..takes advantage of his high end background so DONT BE FOOLED OR WASTE YA MONEY………he does what Benefits him not the client who hired him….. Better off with a PD for free…1500 brought to him for retainer and says look at my office you think I’ll take 1500?…had to come back with another 1500!…guys a joke and wish him the worst!!!……..MM
