I hired Shelagh McCahey for my worker’s compensation case and I am so glad I did. Shelagh was efficient and communicated every step of the process with me clearly and in a timely manner. In fact, anytime I had a question or reached out, she was available within an hour or so. It is VERY hard to find that in the world of law. I was in a car accident in 2013. I was transferred between a couple of lawyers and I am SO happy that Angelo Simone was my lawyer in the end. I barely heard from the other two lawyers which seemed that they did not even know my case existed. When Angelo took over I felt he was working hard on my case with all of the updates he sent me and contact he made with me via phone. I got hurt at work...and for the first few weeks workers comp was being very sweet, then all of a sudden they got mean and nasty. They made me cry on the phone. My husband said I needed a lawyer, so I called Karn's law group. My first experience was with Ebony his paralegal. I felt so stupid because I was crying to her on the phone. In 2012 I was hurt at work and didn't know a thing about workers compensation or where to even begin!!! A friend of mine suggested I go and get a lawyer to better help me understand my rights as an injured employee. That is when I went to Karns Law group in Middletown RI and decided to meet with one of their worker compensation attorneys. I was then introduced to Jude Kerrison who took the time to sit with me and hear what happened and explain to me the several different options I had to choose from. Jude explained the law of workers compensation to me and the rights that I now had as an injured employee. As he built my case and did the leg work of getting the company to accept fault and take responsibility for my injury it was very reassuring to know I was in good hands. He made sure I was compensated every week for my time out, he made sure they approved the proper dr care I needed/ wanted and he faught in court when the time was necessary. If it wasn't for Jude fighting for my rights as an injured worker I would of been throw to the wolves and still suffering. I was able to get my holistic way of healing instead of being throw on to medicine and possibly back sugery at the age of 26 with the approval of chiropractic care and acupuncture which helped tremendously. After I received the proper treatment of healing with the help of Jude's hard work and dedication to getting me better we were able to settle my case for what I deserved and I was able to gain my life back. Now several years later I am still doing well and am extremely appreciative of all that Jude did to help me get back to where I was before my injury. He was by far one of the best attorneys I have ever had to deal with and I would highly recommend him to family and friends or anyone who may ever need a lawyer for a workers compensation case! Jude listened to my story, worked hard, and faught for my rights to get me what I deserved.

Jude has been Hectic pushing for my wife's right for compensation. He keeps us informed on the progress and is always there to answer your questions. I have faith in his wisdom in Compensation Law.
