Chad Banks has represented me as a lawyer in many different cases, he has always been very on demand. He has been more than a lawyer he has been a great friend. I have beat cases that I had no clue how I was going to get off. He is very knowledgeable. I was charged me with a DUI that was reduced to a reckless driving. I was in need of a chance to re frame my failures in life, and Chad banks created the platform for me to make that change. He advocated for me in and out the courtroom. He believes in people and when he does believe in you, he goes the extra mile and does exactly was is needed. I walked into a courtroom spoke to him for a few minutes and he did exactly what he said he would do. He promised to get me home and I did go home. He told me exactly what he could do to help my case. He told me what was going to be difficult and what the worse case scenario was so that my decisions were extremely informed. During and in between court dates Mr. Banks was very responsive, he answered calls, and really took the time to learn who I am. As a lawyer, he placed himself in my life, in such a delicate way. He took the time to understand me and my situation before he made any moves. He did not make any moves without letting me know what was happening. He kept very close contact with me. Mr. Bank also saved me a lot of money. He was very direct. I know others that have spent thousands and thousands of dollars fighting their case. Mr. Bank was right to the point. No funny business. I can honestly say I got the ENTIRE BANK FOR MY BUCK!

Chad F Bank has honestly been one of the best lawyers i have ever dealt with. He has never missed out on any of my court dates or ever been late for any responsibilities i had to take care of. Attorney Banks helped our underage teen with a transporting alcohol charge she received while we were on vacation in ri .. Typical 30 day suspension, 350 fine, & 20hrs of community service.. He was able to get the charges dropped.. ,, He made her & us less nervous about the outcome from our first phone conversation.. Attorney Chad Bank is one of the better lawyers i've had the pleasure of hiring. Very professional and straight forward. When my wife was arrested she was already on probation with time hanging. Prosecutors wanted to charge her with a felony; not only did Chad get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor but he also ensured that she not be violated so she would not have to serve a mandatory 30-90 days with any probation violation. My experience with Chad being my legal representative was one of the best. Chad Banks will tell it straight and won't make false promises that he cannot deliver. Chad has represented my brother on all types of diffrent charges, misdorminors, felonys, traffic courts...my brother was arrested 9 time in 2 yrs some while out on bail and probation and people always wondered why my brother was so lucky and never served time.
