This was my first time dealing with a lawyer and I was very satisfied with the representation I received from Shelagh !! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would ! From the first intial meeting I knew my workmens comp case was in the right hands! Shelaghs knowledge about the workmens comp system is impeccable, she will go above and beyond for her clients !! Never felt like I wasn’t a priority, always got back to me in an hour or less when I had questions. She made this whole process painless. I would highly recommend her as a lawyer to anyone. I hired Shelagh McCahey for my worker’s compensation case and I am so glad I did. Shelagh was efficient and communicated every step of the process with me clearly and in a timely manner. I was in a car accident in 2013. I was transferred between a couple of lawyers and I am SO happy that Angelo Simone was my lawyer in the end. I barely heard from the other two lawyers which seemed that they did not even know my case existed. When Angelo took over I felt he was working hard on my case with all of the updates he sent me and contact he made with me via phone. I spent 3+ years with other lawyers and Angelo was able to settle within months. I would suggest Simone & McCahey for anything you may need!

I sustained a concussion in a car accident. He was very knowledgeable about the topic which made my case run smoothly.

Although the staff are extremely friendly, I got the impression that they believed themselves not to be dedicated in terms of when I would get a "call back". I asked his phone AAs to give me an idea of when I could expect to hear from him for an initial traumatic brain injury (TBI) liability case consultation time, and they replied; "when he gets a free moment". This was a very bad first impression for him in that it suggested to me that there is a lack of communication between him and his staff, specifically regarding his case schedule. So, I can expect a call back maybe today, maybe tomorrow, or maybe next month. My civil legal issues span a few specialties at the moment, so I have interacted with quite a few lawyers. One did call back about a month after my initial contact. In conclusion, I have been in the pharmaceutical industry for about 30 years prior to my disabling accident and let me tell you: in my business, one's ability to be an expert in scheduling and dealing with critical issues shows your proficiency in your profession. This skill is clearly absent on this lawyer's CV, and sadly, quite a few others. Please note that I had to check whether I consulted with him or hired him. Although 'consulted' is checked, I didn't have the pleasure of receiving one, and after writing this comment I did find an attorney who was recommended to be the best in premises liability, I had a consultation the same day.
