I was scared, nervous and confused! I had never been in trouble before, not even a speeding ticket, but now I found myself facing criminal charges. I thought my life was over but Chad calmed me down, made me feel at ease and even made me smile and laugh. He fully explained how he was going to handle my case and what the possible outcomes could be. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear and he didn't sugarcoat anything. We went to court and he knew everyone from the sheriffs to the prosecutors. Within 4 weeks he had all my charges dismissed and my record expunged! He was amazing and I am so happy that I found Chad! I would recommend him to everyone. I entered the Kent County Courthouse without representation in July 2015. As I watched and listened to various attorneys in the courtroom, a "sharp" (well dressed), clean cut and well spoken attorney emitted an aura in the courtroom that expressed: Not only is he a CONFIDENT attorney, but he's GREAT at it! What he says he delivers.. any lawyer that will call you at 4am and talk to you until 6am means business.. there is no bs.. the underlying facts were there and somehow we managed to work something out.. it's not about the money with chad.. unlike other lawyers it was all about upfront money travel time..etc.. he is a busy man .
