The worst lawyer plays with people with money and time... I hired him for my case, I waited a while and they had not sent the case for more than 4 months and I had to call him to ask about the case and the answer was that they had not filled out the application after so long and after having paid him... the secretary is super rude, she never gives him information and they never communicated with the lawyer... I also paid for a lawyer to represent us, not for a legal paralegal to do the work for him ... he had to accompany me to the citizenship appointment and he was not aware that I had the appointment ... when the appointment for the ceremony arrived I did not know what to say because they are all liars ... I made the mistake of giving him references to friends where they paid and They signed a contract in October 2022 and today, March 22/2023, the case has not started and the worst thing is that the full amount of the case has already been paid and it says that they do not return money. They are very shameless playing with people

I contacted Attorney Chad Bank for assistance with a DUI charge, not only was his response time incredibly timely but his demeanor and professionalism during our initial interaction regarding my case put me at ease. Chad worked tirelessly with the police department, the attorney general's office and the courts in order to reach an outcome that would be favorable to me. At the end of it all Chad was able to work out an agreement on my behalf that not only resulted in a less substantial charge but also carried no restriction on my ability to operate a vehicle in the state of Rhode Island. Though I hope to never need his services again it is good to know if I ever do that there is a professional competent attorney out there that is 100% in your corner and advocates strongly for his clients.
