I had the pleasure of having Kayla as my case manager for my Disability claim and I couldn’t be more pleased with the time, effort, and the energy she put into getting me approved. I heard horror stories about getting denied from so many people so I was very hesitant about even applying. But I’m so glad that I did. He has such a great team. Big thanks to Kayla.

Another year has passed I just hope I wont be still waiting on 2020!!!! Think twice... My accident was more than 1 year ago and I still waiting on a final result on my case.and I was only a passanger(not even one of the drivers) imagine than if I had some type of guilt on that accident)😑😑😑

2 years later and a lousy $700 settlement?? The Heavy Hitter struck out for us.

What a crook. I should have stopped by here and read the negative reviews before retaining him. His associates are lame. The guy's too busy trying to get cute for the next tv commercial 👧, he would only call you to pressure you to accept the lowest offer from the insurance company, else your case will take 7 years to be heard in court, so he says. STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by the reviews his staff are posting here regularly. What a nightware!😧

My hearts broken. My confidence is dying. It has been 3 years plus fighting the system is broken 😥 I'm in chronic pain 24/7, doctors, surgery and fighting for $ I paided into since 1979. 😥

highly recommend this firm. They go above and beyond to make the clients feel important. They sure made me feel like I matter. The social security associates worked on my application from beginning to end without even a charge.

Dont bother, if your too young and cripple they will not help you, even if you have plenty of evidence and credits their manager will instruct them to tell you to piss off.

Did not meet Mr. Levine, but dealt with his associates. Receptionist Lola is exceptional in handling clients both on the phone and in person, regardless of their state of mind. She is definitely an asset to the firm. Mr. Levine's associates kept me informed every two weeks via phone and letter. Also, when I became a little impatient with the settling of the case, they were understanding and kind. Although I was a little disappointed with the amount of the settlement, since I still have occasional pain with the back injury, it was thoroughly explained the limitations of the insurance the other driver had. I would highly recommend the "Heavy Hitter".
