1I am so disappointed! The only good thing they did was submitted the request for my medical and military records. I asked how far back I should submit my records and they said just the last 6-12 months. Getting someone from the team assigned to my case to answer my calls was very frustrating and it was not the same day. My request for disability would have been denied if I would have submitted just 12 months of medical records. I sent a certified letter notifying that I was ending our attorney-client relationship, which was very poor. I never got a call, message or e-mail from them notifying if they had received the certified letter. That was 2 months ago. Yet, they had the nerve to call me when they realized that they no longer have access to my records. The only thing the rep Sid 3 times is that I signed an agreement for them to receive 20% of my back pay/compensation. Really!!?? So they will probably get $3,200 for just filling some paperwork. Wow!
