Christian Lavallee was amazing with handling my claim, and stayed with me the entire time with any questions. I would have no problem and look forward to passing his or other associates to other veterans.

Update: Nicole called me from Rob Levine today. She was very apologetic for my experience I had. She let me know where the breakdown was and apologized over and over and said their reputation is important and the way they handle their clients. I def appreciate her reaching out and making the personal phone call! I appreciate it Nicole. I had an attorney in Texas for my case, they transfered me to Rob Levine. I did my intake paperwork and went over the details of my case. Got a call about a week later about doing my intake paperwork...👀👀👀 ummm, explained I had already spoken to someone and did it. Pulled up the email and verified the info. So ffwd I had not been hearing anything. So, one day I was out, seen another lawyer locally who handles my kind of cases. I called them, hired them, and fired Rob Levine's office. I called to let them know and my new lawyer also did whatever process they do to make sure the other lawyer was off the case and also let the the proper administration know that Rob Levine was no longer my attorney and who the new one was. I received the letters in the mail confirming that change. This was about June time frame. Ffwd, I have my hearing the beginning of Sept, and my case has been decided. The day AFTER the decision was made, I get a call from Rob Levine's office saying they had been trying to contact the administration office about my case but haven't heard from them and it's been some MONTHS and they are needing me to contact them to let them know they are my attorney's...👀👀ummmm...yall dropped the ball bc I been fired yall and have the letters confirming yall had been removed from my case, hires someone else, I've had my hearing and it was decided yesterday! The lady was so lost and confused and said she was going to do whatever it was to "fix" it. Ffwd to yesterday, I received a letter from Rob Levine for me to sign saying I was requesting to dismiss my hearing based on the fact I'm working full time 🤦🏾‍♀️ what in the ENTIRE HELL! I have not and am not working full time, yall are no longer my attorney's, yall did a piss poor job of communicating and STILL don't have it together and I'm NOT signing anything else bc I've already done my part MONTHS ago when I dismissed yall! And thank goodness I did bc this is beyond ridiculous. This office needs to get it together ASAP! would NOT recommend at all!! My kids can run a office better!

Hands down a pleasure to work with! Claire Lerio has been very helpful throughout this whole process! She is very attentive and has been always available if needed. Thanks Claire for supporting me every step of the way!
