I can't quite believe it. I signed up for a ssdi case. I thought or assumed I would be working with a attorney. They have assigned a person not sure if it is an assistant or what. This would have been alot easier if I had done it myself. They advertised hire them and they will take care of everything. I have spent more time keeping track and getting documents phone calls then I have ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend . You will not be working with an attorney the person you are working with will never answer the phone. They might call back after a week or 3 day or not. You will receive calls back and forth from ssdi and they need faxs. I released my info to fhis firm and still was faxing paperwork myself that they already had to sidi ssdi. If they are going to assign a person that is no where near an aturney they should not charge you the same rate as if you had one. Good luck. If you like spending 2 too hours a day doing a job that you already payed someone to do this is a great place.

I’m sorry but I wish I’d gotten the professional staff member that the lady talked about in her review because I really don’t feel as though I’m getting proper service or attention from the person who’s supposed to be working on my case. There is no communication, I was told to text if I needed something…. Yeah right! Good luck with that. I researched Rob Levines office before going with one of his associates and yes he has a good reputation, that’s why I turned down the other firm to go with his firm now I’m really starting to doubt weather or not I made the right choice.

They need more help.

Next to impossible to recieve a call back. Signed the paperwork, received one phone call in February pushing for me to write a review and now I'm rewriting my review because no one will call me back after leaving a message.

would like the case expedited, it seems to be taking too long

You put claims in that i have no documentation for ,if everyone went to the ships sick bay every time they got hurt transporting ammunition ,fuel,and food from ship to ship.they would not have the manpower to do the job of replenishing all the ships in the Tonkin gulf waters

Do yourself a favor and go to a real attorney at law, what a joke this office is. After 3 years, countless paralegals, 2 different associates mishandling my father inn law case, and after several messages to the "big hitter", we still have no answer to an automobile accident in which my father in law was rear ended and his car totaled. Maybe "the big hitter" has been benched and his whole team sucks to the point where they don't know not understand how to play the game.... perhaps the "big hitter" is playing for the other team!!!!... lookout.

I can’t seem to reach anyone that I’m calling back. No one answers the phone. I just keep getting vmail. I really need to speak to a live person.

All I can say is I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of service and concern for my case that I am receiving. I put in a personal injury claim almost 3 years ago and I’m still waiting for some kind of resolution, but all I keep getting are excuses after excuse after excuse but no action.

It's hard to get anyone to call you back you don't talk to anyone from America they're all from the Philippines I don't know who is actually handling my case I thought it was Rob Levine but all I've ever talked to is a Filipino.
