Never spoke with an actual attorney; mostly dealt with the paralegals. They were very nice. However, I felt like I was calling them asking for updates most of the time.

First I had Ray for my lawyer, he never return my call and give me false advice. then they switch me over to Joanna after they got rid of Ray. She never return my call and always saying she's sick. when I got approve, I knew before she did, the ssa help me more than she did. The Ssa explIn everything, I didn't even need a lawyer. this firm is bad news

I have been trying to reach somebody...anybody for weeks now and still haven't received a single call text or email and my case settled 2 months ago???? Can't believe this is the way they do business especially with all the advertising Rob Levine does. Thought I contacted the right place when I got rear ended at a stop light...I'll be lucky if I see any $ at all from this case. Awful awful customer service from start to finish, well still waiting for finish but they got the settlement already from other insurance company...I don't understand why nobody will call me back??? Anyone else experience similar issues here?

Horrible service, worst customer service, horrible attorneys, never call back. Have a pending case and 2 case workers. Harley, and Daniella Martinez. Been reaching out for over 2 weeks in regards to my case and nothing!! I have updates about my case and nobody to respond too. Instead I get a 3rd party company that asks me for the last 3 letters of my last name. Then hangs up on me. Not acceptable.
