Maria was wonderful to work with , Anything I needed she went above and beyond to make sure it was done , An example is the adjuster on my case was taking awhile to look at the damage of my car and she made sure I got rental extensions to cover me for the timeframe I was left without a car. Highly recommended , Great communication and easy to work with thank you Maria!

I made one phone call to Rob Levine and Associates. They sent me some documents to review for, they claimed, informational purposes. However, when I received the documents I found that I had to sign to open the file! What kind of idiot would do that? I told them that it didn't sit well with me and I would seek counsel elsewhere. Since then, I've received at least 8 or 10 phone calls, emails and texts - all from different people - to contact them. I've written and told several people to STOP. They haven't. They're literally barraging me from morning to night. They're relentless! Don't make that first phone call - you'll regret it. I'd never retain them because of their "boiler room" sales approach. It's offensive and brings the firm down to the level of scam phone solicitations to buy a new warranty for your car.

They don't even deserve one star with how I was treated.
