Very good nurses and doctors and their associates

So far, this law office Rob Levine associates has had my case for over 1 year now. In that one year I have already done all my physical therapy, everything that was needed to be done on my end. It has taken them almost 4 months now to get my medical records from high bar therapy in Pawtucket, so to get medical records is a pretty easy send over. So I feel as if this lawyer office is actually not doing anything anymore. It seems as if they just don't care, do not care about you as their representer , in again just don't care. To get medical records in not even 4 months I think is absolutely atrocious, and I only tried out this law office because of their billboards in commercial just to test out how good they are. The test has so far failed completely and this is absolutely again atrocious, I've had two other law injury accidents And neither of them took anywhere near this long. Not to mention getting a hold of anybody that is your "case holder" is actually impossible. I would stay away from this law firm and go to probably literally anybody else.

I'm tried to talk to Mr Levine about wrongful death. I never talked with him about the case at the end of the phone call. And he was so rude he started cursing me.it's hard to explain. He is the heavy quitter.

I filed for SSDI back in 2020 and had 2 denials. I contacted Rob Levine's office and they took my case. I had to wait 6 months for the hearing and this firm did everything that was needed to get my claim approved (and the 6 months was because of scheduling). I did the hearing on video and the judge said she will rule in my favor (my video attorney was on top of everything and didn't let anyone manipulate me. Ms Elwell). Thank you for everything.

Can never get ahold of anybody on "my team" called numerous times left voicemails very unprofessional

This is the most bizarre law firm I have ever spoke with in 30 years. 6 different people have called me and texted. Nobody that has texted has a voice mail that matches. Nobody has the notes I have shared. This feels like a lead generation portal where everyone is fighting to get me on the phone first. Very sad that this kind of business exists and this level of service is considered 4 star.
