At first they were great but my case was a bit more complicated than most and after it had dragged on a while I stopped receiving updates and it seemed as though all efforts stopped. I would call monthly for updates which was a hassle to even get a hold of my attorney most times then each call they had just conveniently gotten info or documents that day to proceed. This went on for over a year and same today as my payout. No word for weeks until I checked in and all of the sudden my check was magically ready. I will be going out of my way to stop people from using these guys after this experience. This has been all around awful

The representative was very polite, informative. What I liked most is I felt so comfortable speaking with this person he felt like a familiar not a stranger. He took the time to give me accurate information that needed explanation due to not knowing. I’m very pleased with the decision I made and look forward to working together with this firm.
