It is with absolute confidence that I write about my experience with attorneys, Jimmy Burchfield and Pat D’Amico. I live out of state! A simple accident turned into more than expected. It was difficult to return to RI. These gentlemen moved mountains to expedite the case, create favorable, no excellent results in my favor. I highly recommend the firm to assist you. We were in constant communication, with any questions answered expediently. That’s what is necessary during any legal proceeding. I was unfortunately involved in a motorcycle accident a while back. I really had no clue what to do or who to call. I mean there are lots of personal injury lawyers out there. Because of the incredible job his para legal Christine Piti did I never needed to call or ask him questions. Christine was beyond professional. She made this process as painless as possible. Do they ever meet with clients??? In the neighborhood of 20ish yrs ago I was a freshly minted/inexperienced URI grad with a great job but buckling under the pressure of a seasoned slumlord. One call to my boss’s attorney, and I arrived home to find 1st/last & an apology. I recently had a devastating experience and for the 2nd time desperately needed an attorney and through tears I said to my husband….I need to call Jimmy. Like déjà vu: phone call = problem solved + ?. I’m a Cianci era proud RI ambassador from pasteles to risotto and Ba-Bam, who will always “paaak tha caa”. I’ve never met or stepped into Jimmy’s/ D’Amico & Burchfield’s office…But wanted to say Thank You for reminding me that RI bred still holds currency…60k & 20yrs later, all I did was call a guy a friend told me about, who gave me some advice.

Jim MC cormick is a wonderful man. He's been my attorney for the last 4 years. He is compassionate caring and absolutely always returns my calls in a timely fashion. My case has not yet been determined. But every time I speak with him I feel confident with the work that he is doing. I retained Jimmy Burchfield after I was in a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver resulting in my suffering a traumatic head injury. This resulted in memory loss, cognitive thinking issues, sleep apnea, and PTSD. Not only was this a complex case because of the type of injury I sustained, it was also complicated by that fact that two insurance companies were involved. Jimmy, assisted by Christine Piti, were excellent to work with - informative, timely, knowledgeable and most importantly empathic for what I was going through. With Jimmy's guidance we settled the case successfully in my eyes with both insurance companies. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do I would not hesitate to retain Jimmy again.

Let me start of by saying, I am a very difficult person at times... ok most of the time. Christine has been dealing with me for probably 20 years. (So sorry lol). She has the patience of a Saint. No matter how many times I've called mad or confused she is always so calm, cool and collected. Usually by the time I get off the phone with her she has me all calmed down. What kind of sorcery does she possess. She ALWAYS gets back to me if I leave a message. Christine is always on top of everything. Every place should have a Christine. Everything else aside I've come to love her. She is not only A+ at her job.... she just an awesome person all the way around. I hope Jimmy feels lucky to have her. # pay raise. D'Amico and Burchfield are the best in that state.... love you Jimmy and Bobby.
