This guy was court ordered to represent my niece due to her not being able to afford one. He told her to her face that she is not his priority because he's not getting paid for it. She's been locked up for 3 months now trying to get into a program and he's dragging his feet. He is supposed to represent a client to the best of his ability which he has NOT! There have been several people put into a program that were incarcerated after her and his response is deflecting blame to his paralegal! Uncaring, unprofessional, greedy douchebag in my eyes! He gives lawyers a bad name. SMH

Mr. Goldberg represented me in 2015 for a subsequent DUI that I had received in Rhode Island. I had had a prior DUI more than 10 years before in another state. During one of my first Court appearances I was told not to drive my vehicle and my license was suspended. I did drive after the suspension and I got pulled over. When you have a chemical test refusal in Rhode Island and your license is suspended and you're caught driving on a suspension, it's an automatic 10 days in jail. Mr. Goldberg was able to get me home confinement for 21 days in lieu of jail due to anxiety and depression that I suffer from. He is a very compassionate, caring, dedicated attorney who will listen to you and will get you the best outcome from your litigation. I highly recommend him.
