Mark is the real deal! I am very pleased with his work, support and guidance through this process. While on the phone waiting to speak to the petitioner, you overhear other cases. I was surprised at how many people before me were clearly not prepared for their case! Clearly they were ill prepared. I, however, was not. I was confident in my case and had no qualms answering the petitioner because I was prepared!
