I never thought I would need a family lawyer. It took me a while to even decide. But when a friend suggested Rioles family law it sounded like the right choice for me. i was devastated when I called and wished I wasn't in this situation but Olivia's friendly voice and great attitude assured me that I made the right decision and i made my appointment. Brenda Rioles is professional, honest and listened to my concerns. I never worried I about what was next because they took that worry away and if I ever did have a question Olivia was only a phone call away. I honestly hope I never need a family lawyer again but if I do I'm calling Rioles family law.

I hired Brenda for my case . Don’t waste your time looking around . If you want the best for your kids .. she will take you in the right direction. My divorce is extremely messy and never ending .. I will be retaining her again because my ex is relentless !

Brenda helped me with 2 separate cases, a child support case that then followed with a custody case. Thanks to Brenda’s knowledge, I was well informed of the process and there were no surprises. Brenda was so amazing overall; so dedicated, intuitive and she truly had my sons best interest at heart. Through the process I emailed very often with questions and evidence to help my case. In my opinion, it was an overwhelming amount of evidence I presented her with, but she graciously combed through every email and reminded me that she preferred me to keep her informed. When my husband or I reached out to her office for questions, her Paralegal Olivia was always very pleasant and communicated any concerns to Brenda while she was at court and could not reply at that instant. Brenda called and emailed me back promptly whenever I reached out with questions/concerns. I really appreciate that Brenda is also very knowledgeable, she never led me to unrealistic expectations and always tried to prepare me for the next stage in the process. And in the courtroom, Brenda is a SHARK! My husband and I were very impressed on how she represented my case, she is assertive and so professional all at once. Our case was finalized yesterday and we are very happy with the outcome, it is fair, reasonable and I feel that my sons thoughts and feelings were validated. I couldn’t recommend Brenda more!!! She is definitely someone you want to represent you, she truly has your back and best interest at heart.

Brenda and her team have helped me twice in my custody situation with my daughter. They where beyond excellent on both occasions. When I married my wife, the mother of my first child (never married) decided to take me to court. I walked away with a fair court order that provided me with more time with my daughter than I had previously. 3 years later when my daughter's mother violated that court order Rioles Law was called upon again and things where set right. These experiences are stressful, Brenda and her team are thorough and on point. When questions come up they reply expediently and explain things in language that a person like me (who has no legal training) can understand. I have recommended them in the past and would certainly do it again.

Best Attorney in R.I. Brenda is the most amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and hard working attorney. She helped finalize a very contested divorce after two other attorneys could not. Every email was answered almost immediately. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I would not have had the outcome I did if not for her.
