Claiming bankruptcy was a very hard decision for me but he made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision. There was no judging of me. Very easy to get in touch with was always available to answer any questions. He follows up with you and makes sure you are fully prepared for court. I would highly recommend attorney Mark Buckley if you are considering filing for bankruptcy. My experience was as positive as one could hope for given the circumstances. No one wants to file for bankruptcy, but after an initial very enlightening conversation with him it was clear that based off of my circumstances filing would indeed make the most sense for my situation. It may or may not make sense for you as each person’s situation is clearly different, but he will help figure that out with you. Mark was flexible and punctual for each meeting we had scheduled, as well as understanding professional, and reasonably priced in regards to fees. He has guided countless people through this process and clearly has it down to a science. My advice if you do decide to file with the help of attorney Buckley is this, and I cannot stress this enough, FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY. Mark was very helpful and does most of the work. Basically, he comes to your house. You give him all your credit card statements and all other bill statements involved in the case. He'll go over the process and collects a deposit before he leaves. This meeting took about 2 hours. Jump ahead a couple months.... He'll give you a court date and will meet you there. All you do is sit and listen, then it's over! Very stress free!
