Impatient people. WORST customer service. Can't even spare few mins to explain the bill. Train your people before handing them the phones.

If you need help confirming your bill was paid... Hold on let me quote this guy exactly "that's just not what we do"... So what exactly is it that these people do? Steer clear!

Worst service I have ever received. I have never been treated so horribly by a professional in my entire life. All I did was call to try and pay my bill. Not even the manager "Joe" could get up and walk to another part of their office to just simply check and confirm they received my payment. In my opinion one of the most unprofessional, lazy, sorry excuses for a debit collector. I will be petitioning my city to considered changing agency's. It's embarrassing to my city to even be affiliated with such an "organized"!

Very Bad People. Handled my wifes collection claim with no regard to actual honesty or work ethics and without verification of actual wrong doing.

Big time RI fraudsters/mobsters. These scammers have ties to some certain people in RI hospitals and ambulance services to make you pay money you don't owe! DO NOT deal with them. Contact Attorney General George Jepsen and file a complaint. Then contact the FTC and file a complaint. Also report them to both the RI bar and MA bar. These crooks need to be disbarred and held accountable. They will try to ruin your credit by falsifying information which is illegal. They will call you at work... also illegal. They will increase a fake debt to make it worth their time to collect and take you to court. The only way to protect yourself is sue them! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Keep in mind, there are lawyers in RI that will take your case without a retainer if your credit is wrongfully harmed because of Rossi Law Offices. You will be paid $1,000 per violation plus pain and suffering, and the losses you experienced because of your credit rating. Don't back down from these dirtbags... fight back! THEY HAVE NO PROOF ON ANY DEBT! They are 3rd party bottom feeders. Demand evidence on your debt.

I worked at Rossi for quite sometime and the are not rude collectors, they are doing thier jobs, collecting unpaid bills for the municipal offices and the hospitals, and other consumer debt. They are always willing to set debtors up payment plans, unless you have to register your vehicle, and you need clearance.

Worst customer service ever! They should really get shut down! How do you call in to make a payment/agreement and the "representative" as they call them is soooo rude, has a bad attitude and starts getting smart with you and just laughs. I have contacted my lawyer about these people and I will be taking this matter to court if needed!

It's funny I got a bill in and called to make a payment monthly sure no problem the bill $1700 ok I can do that... so 2 weeks later I got a call and there looking for there frist payment it don't start yet I said... I just got the bill and in 2 weeks it jump up to 1900 wait what... we charge daily.... you have a credit card it's easy to do it with at then a payment plan she said....What?

Send me a random notice for Warwick taxes. Call them on the phone to pay as its only $100 wait 15 minutes only to have a woman answer. I tell her I'm calling about a letter they sent me. She says ok hold on and puts me on hold again. That was when I was 20. I'm now 37 and still on hold.

Con artist who works along with the Women & Infants Hospital of RI to scam people and double dip after they already bill your insurance and then try to also bill you.

they are putting a derogatory mark in my credit when I don't even live on the east coast, they promess to get that off my credit report cause it was a mistake and after a month the mark is still there.They don't really care about what you think or no interest at all to help ......... worse company !!!!
