Robert and his partner are fantastic. I made a mistake during a hard time in my life, and Robert helped to put me in the best position possible to start making changes i needed to grow. He is extremely professional and knows the Law so well he actually wrote the book on the situation i was in for that area. If i had to do this over, I would pick them every time. Money well spent.

Robert Humphrey represented me in a DUI case. While perusing his website, I discovered information about Veterans Diversion programs, so I hired his firm to take my case to the RI Veterans Treatment Court. Attorneys Humphrey and Petta thoroughly explained the process and managed it from start to finish moving it along through all of the proper channels. Once there, they worked with the Judge, Pretrial Services, the Attorney General's Office and State Police to agree upon a contract that would ultimately dismiss my case upon successful completion of the court supervised treatment program. That was almost three years ago. I have been sober ever since and am the first person in the state of Rhode Island to graduate from this program and then return and volunteer to work as a mentor for fellow veterans in the court.
