I am very happy with the service & help that I got from Assalone & Associates for my legal dealings. Everyone that I had contact with concerning my case (especially my lawyer,Stephanie) explained everything in detail, answered any questions that I had, and helped me navigate through a very difficult process. Assalone & Associates has a good reputation. That was a big reason why I chose this firm to represent me. And their reputation is well deserved. Funnily enough, I found Assalone & Associates by reading reviews such as this one when I was contemplating filing for divorce after 30+ years of marriage. The reviews were thoughtful and heartfelt with a high level of client satisfaction. After meeting with Jennifer, and her being the only lawyer I consulted with, I decided that this was the firm for me once I had decided to take that big step. I loved how she described the mentoring process within the office with the more senior members guiding and teaching the junior members of the team. I experienced this firsthand with Jennifer, Delanie, Rose and Brandy. The entire team is highly organized and all have incredibly quick response times to messages. They also have cultivated relationships with other female professionals, who they referred me to, for help navigating the world of financial planning and mortgages. I also found the software platform they use for communication, documents, scheduling and payments to be very easy to use and this in itself made the process much easier to manage with information always available to me whenever I needed access to it. Little did I know that Jennifer had experience with pensions and this knowledge this played an important part in helping me navigate what could have been a very lopsided battle without her by my side crunching numbers and scenarios in order to give me the best outcome for my situation. We had several times where we thought we were close to a settlement only for that not to be the case, but her optimism never flagged and Jen (and team) continued to fight for me up to the very end, working hard to avoid us from going to trial. I sing the praises of Assalone & Associates to anyone who asks me about my experience and will be sure to send referrals to them when the opportunity presents itself. She was there for me every step of the way. She communicated all the details, explained my options, and responded to all my questions immediately. Veronica and her team helped my wife and I during our difficult ordeal with family court recently. We were falsely accused of something by an undertrained "doctor" at a local hospital after bringing our 3 week old daughter in for a concern we had.
