For more than 23 years Mark Heffner and his associates have provided exemplary elder care legal advice to my parents and me. The work done on our behalf included wills, living wills, powers of attorney, Medicaid planning, establishing both a living trust and an irrevocable trust, and guiding us through associated financial arrangements.
