My experience with Sinapi Law was excellent. Going through a very difficult unemployment issue, Richard took charge with determination and a comprehensive understanding of the law regarding my rights under the law. It took several hearings and appeals before the charges were reversed and it was Richard’s expertise and perseverance that made it happen. He was in constant contact with me and always available to answer many of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Sinapi Law!

On more than one occasion Mr. Sinapi was unprofessional and condescending to me. For example, in emails he sent to me, (direct quotes) he asked 1. What is significant about your employment agreement that I need to read it?" 2. "How is this relevant to what I am doing for you?????????????" These were followed by phone calls where he was impatient and irritable and at the same time would keep me on the phone for extended periods of time while he googled information and read it out loud to me, making sure to surpass hourly rates. I attempted to pay his retainer numerous times and never received a call back and had to remind him that I hadn't paid it. Then, nearly six months after I indicated I resolved the case on my own, I get a final bill that was inflated and padded by a thousand dollars over his quote for writing a letter on my behalf.

Spoke with attorney Danilo A. Borgas, and he was very knowledgeable, and gave much needed advice, on my situation, I am facing, I highly recommend this law firm if all thier attorneys are exactly like him.
