I highly recommend Attorney Sinapi to help you fight for what you need. He is very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. He helped me with a labor issue regarding overtime that I had and got me what I was asking for a settlement.
He is very helpful and has great knowledge of the Rhode Island and Federal Labor laws and not afraid to take on the hard issues.
He was always willing to answer any of my questions and explained everything to me along with keeping me up to date on my case.
His staff was also very friendly, professional and helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Borgas. He was very knowledgable and helpful, and even went out of his way to look up unemployment information in 2 different states.
I called with a general inquiry about severance paperwork, and he didn't even charge me a retainer fee to walk me through the paperwork and answer my questions. Will definitely use this firm if needed in the future.
