However, Brianna guided me through the process, ensuring I understood the situation and successfully suspending all charges against me. Despite my last-minute hire, she allocated enough time to resolve the matter effectively.

Being caught up in the legal system is scary. No matter what the charge, the thought of severe consequences fills one with dread. When I received a traffic infraction summons from the Johnston RI traffic court due to a moving violation (which I had no initial recollection of) I was dumbfounded! I had obviously stumbled into quite a legal mess without realizing it. I needed help and fast! I called RI lawyer's office after RI lawyer's office. Speaking with an actual attorney began to feel like a lost cause, the best I could do was reaching an answering service. Just as I was beginning to lose all hope I finally reached a real, live attorney and I was extremely lucky that attorney turned out to be Brianna Repetto. From the moment I spoke with Ms. Repetto over the phone the tightness in my chest and overall feeling of dread began to ease. She was highly intelligent and well-spoken and she took the time to really listen to me. She pulled up the charges made against me online and began to note inconsistencies in the summons paperwork. She was already at work helping me to verbally understand what had transpired that fateful day and how I might mount a proper defense to the charges. Her line of questioning was incisive and highly skilled and demonstrated a razor sharp understanding of RI laws. She started speaking with her contacts in law enforcement and the courts to gain a greater understanding of my predicament. I drive a patrol vehicle for a security company on weekends for much needed overtime pay. Were I to receive a civil offense judgement on my driving record I would lose those overtime shifts which have been helping to keep my head above water financially. The possible loss of my overtime stung terribly. Ms. Repetto was understanding of my economic concerns and worked with me to figure out the best options for possible pleas or dismissal of the charges against me. She was consistently kind and reassuring during all of our consultations. Anxiety can quickly become panic when one realizes their career could be hurt by a simple traffic violation. Ms. Repetto was always patient and helped to alleviate my fears and helped me to feel better about my actual chances in court. The dreaded day arrived. She met me at court and went to work immediately, speaking with the magistrate and prosecutor, pointing out my clean driving record and lack of a civil or criminal record of any kind. Whatever case she made it worked! She performed a miracle! She got all my charges dismissed and made sure I did not have to pay any further fines or court costs of any kind! Furthermore, she made sure there would be no record of a civil offense on my driving record so I would not lose my desperately needed overtime weekend work shifts. She is simply a brilliant lawyer! Words fail me as I marvel at her professional acumen. The best decision I have made in the last couple of years was hiring her. When I felt as though my back was against the wall and I had no one to depend on in a frightening legal swamp she swooped in to save the day. I cannot recommend her services more highly. I got into some trouble during the holidays and I needed a lawyer really quick. I contacted the Bar Association who recommended me to Brianna. She contacted me within 24 hours I explained my case. I also explained it was my first offense and my first time ever getting in trouble. She was so willing to work with me and help me fight for what was best for me with this case. That I had a family I was on a very tight budget and I had just gotten into an accident so we were gonna have to pay for stuff for that as well. She worked with me not financially, but mentally too.
