Anthony Minutelli is amazing, I got hurt at work September 16, 2022 and had surgery Oct 6, 2022. I had no clue what to do with getting council for scaring compensation, so I went online and filled out my location and such and was told in an email an attorney would be in touch with me. Well I am so glad that Anthony was the one to call me back. He doesn’t treat you like the clients that we are, he treats you as a friend. He is very personable and caring. I am writing this review on behalf of Attorney Mark Heffner & Associates. During an extremely difficult time, Attorney Mark Heffner and his staff did everything they could to make what seemed to be an overwhelming and insurmountable task as simple and manageable for me as he possibly could. He squeezed me into a busy schedule to accommodate my sisters travel plans. He was calm, professional, down to earth, patient, and very comforting. He explained things well and made suggestions that turned out to be excellent advice for our situation. We both came away with the feeling that a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders. For anyone needing a probate/elder law attorney, I highly recommend Mark Heffner and I'm gladly giving him 10+ stars.

Mark Heffner is truly a professional in elder law. It started with my Mom who had been diagnosed with dementia. It was heartbreaking for our family. We had been taking care of her at home and it unfortunately became to much for us to handle. Mark handled all the paperwork along with his assistant Jackie Grinnell (will, power of attorney financial & health and medicaid) they were truly amazing. All of our questions were answered with kind and thoughtful responses. A couple of years later I found out that I will most likely have the same condition as my Mom. That hit me hard. Mark Heffner has been a Godsend for both my elderly mother and me. We tried 2 or 3 other so-called elder law attorneys before we found Mark. Unlike the previous attorneys Mark was able to answer all of our questions about the end of life decisions my mother was facing.
