I have been using this office for many years and in every case they have gone above and beyond expectations. Their service and professionalism is second to none. A few years ago Christopher Russo handled my wife's auto accident case with success and most recently has handled my elderly mothers personal injury case also with success. Chris works very hard with you and explains everything along the way. In my mothers case Chris treated her like his own, with utmost respect, understanding and kindness. Chris Russo handled my claim against the insurance company of a driver who rear-ended my car, causing an injury to me. I did not initially contact a lawyer until it was apparent that the injury would likely require surgery. This complicated the situation, as the insurance company _could_ argue that the problem was not the result of the accident. There were also delays due to pre- and post-surgery therapy that had to be completed before a settlement could be made. Chris presented the case well to the insurance company, and patiently worked through the issues, keeping me informed throughout the process.
