As far as I know from experience (multiple times used and seceral references), He places the customers interest first and never allows his fee's to be greater than the customers reward. Richard is a down to earth person and is easy to speak with, much as if he was from the same neighborhood!

I was in an accident last year. I was t-boned at an intersection. I immediately searched for attorneys with great ratings.. I’m in Warwick so I came across Sands.
