Misleading can't deliver on what he tells you

He's the best there is!!!

Bill Balkun came recommended as one of the best divorce lawyers in the state. He defended ‘our’ case in a contentious divorce and we received the best settlement possible under RI law. He promised a fair outcome for both parties and delivered! Bill is very knowledgeable in divorce law, responsive to our emails or late night phone calls, and works with the top paralegal in the state, Brenda. Both Bill and Brenda were there throughout the entire ordeal, and made a very difficult situation a little easier to handle. Would highly recommend as a top divorce attorney!!

Bill is a straight forward, to the point, empathetic attorney who is dedicated to the truth. Bill always puts his clients first and offers clear direction and perspective to every concern put forth. After a twenty year marriage I was served with divorce papers. To say I was devastated was an understatement. I had no real understanding of the family court system and my usual confident self quickly turned into an emotional mess. He was assertive and informative while being patient and compassionate. Bill made sure I was educated in the process and we set realistic expectations. From that point on I felt more in control of my situation. I cannot say enough about Bill and Brenda. From weekend meetings to late night e-mails, they worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done. At no time was I ever made to feel anything but a priority with them. Bill had made it clear to me his outcome was a fair divorce and that is just what he delivered (though I don't think my ex-husband would agree). I could not have been more pleased with my end result.
