My tenant refuses my declining his request to rent another year after the lease expires.  By chance, I got a free consultation. Attorney Steve Hart called me in time. Attorney Steven very patiently listened to my case.  My first impression is that Steven is very sharp.  Soon he got to know what's going on. He correctly predicted what might happen and advised me how to handle it.  Steven further read all the affidavits and emailed me back with a concise answer.  I got an attorney between the schedule and the appointment period. Next time I will definitely first go to Steven. I probably will switch to Steven.
