Initially, Tia demonstrated commendable efforts to establish a conducive environment for my family's well-being throughout the divorce proceedings. However, as time progressed, it became increasingly challenging to establish effective communication with her. Despite my attempts to collaborate on the settlement plan prior to court hearings, she would only reach out to me a few days before, making it difficult for the opposition to adequately review and respond. Regrettably, our court appearances yielded minimal progress, consistently following a repetitive pattern. Given the immense emotional strain associated with divorce, living in a state of uncertainty was becoming increasingly burdensome. After experiencing this recurring issue for the fourth time, I respectfully requested that Tia allocate more time to my case before court. Surprisingly, she responded in a defensive manner and even resorted to yelling at me, placing the blame solely on my shoulders. Throughout the entire process, I diligently provided Tia with all the necessary documents and diligently copied her on every correspondence, with the expectation that her guidance would steer me in the right direction if I happened to overlook any crucial aspects.
