Ms Hippely was through and assertive at my trial against two defendants who owed me money. We won against an experienced litigation attorney in a hotly contested trial and she got the judgement paid as well. I would hire her again

I was in a bad situation with an old debt that went back several years. I had tried to call and get it settled a few years back but I had some problems with getting the debt collection agency, at the time, to give me an agreement in writing or accept my checks for payment. They wanted me to give them access to my bank account so they could do automatic withdrawal. I finally quit talking to them and just ignored it all (right or wrong). Needless to say interest and penalties added up and it was just driving me crazy to still have that out there.
