John is an excellent attorney who had a bump in the road like we all do. He go in trouble because he went to the extreme for his client. He represented me in the 90's and he is representing me now and I cant think of anyone else protecting my interest. I highly recommend John Harte!! He is a GREAT Attorney and a damn fine man!

Prior to his disbarment he was my Divorce Lawyer. I was unaware of his legal issues and later found out that he was under investigation and was facing charges that he was later disciplined for in which I believe that he may have served prison time for. He did a horrific job as my lawyer. He was extremely arrogant and because of his legal advice, I am paying Alimony ($800 per month) to my Ex wife for life. She is also going to receive a large portion of my Military Retirement in a few months. Because of his lack of ability or ineptness in representing me, I will be paying over 30% of my retirement income to my ex wife. I believe that due to his own legal issues that he did not represent me as he should have.
