Austin McDaniel will go above and beyond to make sure his clients get the justice they deserve. I was once charged with DUS, DUI, and Uninsured and thanks to Attorney McDaniel's help all 3 cases were dismissed and he advised me on how to get my licenses back. If you need a Lawyer in Anderson SC I highly recommend this guy.

Austin helped my family out. We are so thankful for him and office. I was wrongfully arrested and assaulted amongst other things. The police put 6 bs charges on me. I just knew id end up in prison even though i was innocent. Because of Austin things went my way better then expected. All charges dropped and they were all felonies. I recommend him if your in a ruff spot.

Highly recommend Austin was able to get my DUI charge reduced to a speeding ticket. He knows what he's doing and can count on him handling your case personally. Also will work with you even when paying is difficult. A very down to earth lawyer......Thanks

Austin was very thorough and knowledgeable about the law and what the possibilities of happening were. He gave me a great price and even a military discount. He made sure he stayed on top of my case and called me whenever anything new developed. All in all my case was dismissed within 6 months!

Austin was an excellent attorney who kept me updated on everything surrounding my DUI charge. He didn't sugar coat anything.
