He was professional, courteous, and quick to respond. Highly recommend. *Edit* I also want to say John was upfront and direct. He let me know what he believed my best options were, but he did not make any promises. The outcome turned out to be better than I could have hoped for, and it saved me a lot of stress knowing he was handling it for me.
