Awesome law firm! Paralegal Heather King was very good at keeping me informed on my case and answering any questions that i had!

I could not be more pleased with how Christopher Pracht and his paralegal Heather King handled my case. I was kept very informed of everything going on and always received a response asap anytime I had questions. They worked diligently for over 2 years to make sure I got the best possible outcome and they managed to turn a total nightmare into something with a positive ending.

They didn't even come close to what I was told from the get-go. Had to call repeatedly in order to get any information on my case and how the case would be going. A lot of times my messages would not be returned. Took them so long to get even close to settling my case that I gave up and took whatever they settled for and didn't get back a third of what I lost. Also I was told that 33% would be taken out after medical bills were paid they took their 33% before medical bills

I was told one thing was possible, so we fought for this possible outcome. We sat through mediation 2 times and she continued to push. Then day of court we were informed by the other attorney it was not possible because we did not file the right paperwork and NancyJo agreed with her. I was very displeased with the service because I wasted a lot of time and a lot of money. The case possibly could have been settled months earlier outside of court had I been given the right information. I hired her because she seemed very knowledgeable and described how the old court order had grey areas that she could resolve. But after the court date, and not getting as much time as I was informed I legally should have, it wasn't over yet. We had to amend the final draft that she prepared not once but twice, which cost me more money. The final order is still incorrect and the 30 day period to amend had already passed. This has been very troublesome in mine and my children's lives together. She didn't pay very close attention to detail which I feel every case deserves!
