My experience has turned out to be Amazing and with total Ease. The Legal Assistant on my case was Lea Allen. She was exceptional with her communication. Lea was very professional and kind each time we speak. I was grateful to have her as the Legal Assistant on the case. In the end with the new legal assistants I was able to get updates via email and a phone calls from Attorney Pracht himself. I truly have had an overall great experience since I relayed to Attorney Pracht how I would prefer communication. My cases took a little time but we’ll worth it. Be patient! He worked hard on the backend to make sure I received a fair settlement and is making sure we get the best outcome as possible.
