Horrible attitude! Why this man is mandated by the court for anything is beyond me. Terrible Terrible man!

In my experience, Mr. Phillips and his wife, Carole were only comfortable filing a simple, uncontested divorce (meaning that I’d walk away, even after a twenty five year marriage, without asking for a single penny from my (ex) husband at the time). So if you are seeking direction, support and representation, I would sincerely recommend finding another attorney. If dealing with a 401K Plan, their office does not want to process a QDRO, even when all the paperwork and details have already been completed by yourself and your (ex) spouse. I recommend doing your research and making sure you have an attorney working for you and who cares about what happens to you, especially long term! This office is interested in having you sign and walk away divorced, that’s all and nothing more.

Mr. and Mrs. Phillips have been wonderful to me! I have never felt so heard by a lawyer, in a case. I have genuinely felt like he cares and wants to help me and my daughter in a family court situation. Professional, caring, and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

William E. Phillips has done an outstanding job of representing me in a custody battle. I had to appear in court on a Monday morning and needed an attorney last minute so the night before he agreed to have me come to his office so we could go over everything and he appeared in court the next morning and did an amazing job.

Mr. Phillips has changed my family's life. He has represented me in a high conflict custody case involving abuse. Hands down the best package I could ever ask for in an attorney. Court itself is never where one yearns to be, but life often flocks us there. William is immensely efficient, well knowledgeable about our laws, communicates flawlessly(and quickly), and keeps your case up to speed-even when the other party delays. William holds himself well in court, he is confident and not cocky; which is important to me as a female. He is well respected by judges and I’m sure his years of experience(and reputation)plays a major part in this. His factual nature makes is less difficult to navigate all of the *whatifisims* that occur during your case, and keeps you focused on the true things that matter; saving you time and money in the long run.
