William E. Phillips has done an outstanding job of representing me in a custody battle. I had to appear in court on a Monday morning and needed an attorney last minute so the night before he agreed to have me come to his office so we could go over everything and he appeared in court the next morning and did an amazing job.

Mr. Phillips has changed my family's life. He has represented me in a high conflict custody case involving abuse. During this case he has been extremely empathetic and informative through out the entire process. Upon accepting my complex case, he told me he would do what he could to help the situation and made the most confusing parts of this process very easy to understand. I am currently being represented in a pretty complex divorce by Mr. Phillips he will make you promises he can't keep like you will get the house, my ex would be financially responsible for helping me, my ex would pay for my retainer/fees, and made it seem like it would only be a short time until my divorce is final.
