Our case required a very quick response to a judge in California regarding child custody/visitation. The folks at Fender Law moved really quickly to satisfy the judges order. Which enabled us to move our case here from Los Angeles. This was a big deal for us. They were able to understand what the judge wanted after we had gotten other opinions with no success. I had a great experience with Fender Law Firm. Justin Pierce was an excellent attorney and helped me with my divorce. The process was easy and I didn't have to worry about anything getting done. They kept me in the loop as my court date had to be moved because of the pandemic. A great thanks to them for keeping this process way easier then it would have been had I done it on my own. When doing research looking for lawyer to represent me with my divorce, I checked Hampton, Jasper and Beaufort County. I had already researched what the median cost of a divorce could possibly run, and Fender Law Firm, was a little above the median. Now with that said, I am a true believer in you get what you pay for. In the particular case, my money was very well. I was represented by Justin Pierce of Fender Law Firm, who was very knowledgeable of divorce law and proceeding in SC. He is one of the few attorneys that I have met that wouldn’t milk the clock costing me more money, But If I had any questions, the staff at the firm were always there to get me an answer and to ease any concerns that I had. I felt confident in all upcoming proceedings that they were going to fight for me and my best interest, and they did not disappoint. I enjoyed working with Justin. Super sweet guy and was extremely patient with me. ( I have anxiety and depression) I'm in California and he was able to get everything fixed for me without me having to fly back to South Carolina. At first we did phone calls but he quickly noticed that that was not working for me so he switched over to emails. Which is wonderful! He already knew what kind of person I was and what worked best for me, without me evening telling him. :) He has a great team and he did everything in his power to help me save as much money as he could. He was straight up and honest and I truly appreciate him. So sad I had to meet such a nice person through a heartbreaking situation. But only God knows why God puts people in our path and I am so blessed that God put Justin in my path of struggle and helped me find my peace of mind. Thank you again Justin! They are great people! Very professional and they actually care about their clients! Will recommend every time!!

This law firm was appointed by a family court Judge for my case in a custody battle and the Judge said he trusted these people. Well I don't trust them at all. Attorney Addison and Tracey Fender came to my Aunts house where I live and repeated over and over how my son would do well at my Aunts house where I live, and then in his preliminary report he said the complete opposite, and then Addison lied in court on me because the allegation against me were unfounded and took sides with the Plaintiff's attorney, as well as the Judge and took my son from me. This firm charges you for work they don't even do. The Fenders are crooks. They will violate your rights and Addison is prejudice. He's for the 2nd Amendment for himself only. He violated my gun rights. He used a black powder gun which is legal and a gunsmoke novelty badge which is legal from the T.V. show GunSmoke to which Addison accused me of impersonating a law enforcement officer to take my son from me. Amongst other things which I'll add later. He also lied about my Aunts house where I live and said the house was unsafe for the child to live in. The D.S.S. Lady said the opposite. All the false allegations that were made were all unfounded so they threw out the facts and used their feelings instead to take my son away. They will extort you. Beware of the Fender Law Firm
