I cannot say enough how much my family and I appreciate Addison and Tracy Fender through this custody case!!! It’s not over, but we won temp custody...just one battle down. We were traveling but Addison, Tracy, and team showed us so much hospitality! Omg the level of comfort that they provided us was such a great feeling! They feel like family already! Addison is a bulldog in the courtroom and helped us do what’s right for my husband’s son. Husband and son are over the moon!!! Thank you Fender Law Firm!

Although our case was won, we firmly believe that the hours billed were heavily padded. After questioning our final Invoice we were given contradictory excuses. Had that issue been able to be resolved, this would be a 5 star review. Yes, at the end of the day, our case was won and there is no arguing that. Just be prepared for extra expenses that you will have to just accept and pay.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this firm. They held my hand through what was the most stressful time I’ve ever experienced. Addison was so professional and knowledgeable. I refer to Tracy, his paralegal, as my “therapist” since she was always there to calm my nerves and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. Addison was able to accomplish everything I wanted, I could not be happier with trusting him and his firm!!

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with the Fender Law Firm. Divorces are messy and emotional but from the beginning they were patient, compassionate, and professional with both myself and my spouse. Addison Fender worked with my husband and I to reach common ground in the settlement agreement and kept us focused on what was in the best interest of our child. Tracy Fender was fast to respond via e-mails and extremely patient with my questions regarding paperwork. This is truly a family friendly law firm that I would recommend to anyone in need of one.

Justin Pierce, Tracy and Kirby were great! Going through a divorce, even if it’s wanted can be stressful. Add a crazy ex to the mix double stress. Add court closures due to Covid triple stress. Even with all that, Justin was able to get my divorce with exactly the outcome I wanted. He explained every step of the way. Always calm, always nice, always reassuring. Highly recommend.
