Amazing response from Kevin when I needed them most! Late afternoon on a Saturday I found myself being hit from behind by 2 cars at not fault of my own. Immediately received phone call and text during the immediate circumstances as well as the following days ahead from their team! While I worked with Jana, the paralegal who is very detailed oriented; I found myself not understanding a few things where I thought it was a lack of communication. Kevin quickly explained in normal lingo; not lawyer and I was more than satisfied. Both Kevin and Jana are the best! When you unexpectedly find yourself in a situation like I did; call on Kevin and his team to lead you along the way with exceptional customer service and outcome!
