Brian Treacy is an excellent and honest estate attorney. He helped the family with an extremely complicated probate case that turned out to be a great success! He explained things thoroughly and was easy to understand and work with during every aspect of the proceedings. We would highly recommend him for Elder Care and Probate matters.

Mr Treacy did a lot of legal work for me, , including a trust, pour over will, trust protector, pet trust, and more,,,,and was a delight to work with, taking time to explain all matters in a way I could understand and was very patient if I had questions and I found it a very positive experience. I recommend him to neighbors and friends and felt confident in doing so.

We have been very impressed with the work done by Brian and his team as new wills and other needed legal documents were prepared. He made sure that we understood each step. Also, the cost for his services were most economical as compared to others we have experienced in the past. We highly recommend Brian and his team.

We needed to update our trust having moved to SC. I saw an article by Brian Treacy in the Bluffton paper and was impressed with his expertise. Upon meeting Brian, we felt comfortable plus we felt he listened to our needs and helped us make some changes which are important for our stage of life. His secretary, Kelly, followed up with paperwork and kept us on track to take the necessary steps with our trust. We would highly recommend this team.

My 90 year mother and I recently visited Mr. Treacy for our Estate Planning, Trust and Wills. He was very compassionate, patient and took the time to listen to my mother's concerns. He was able to explain everything for her so that she understood. My mother has mild dementia and we visited several attorneys before finding Mr. Treacy. Everything was handled perfectly and in a timely manner. Many Thanks to Mr. Treacy, I highly recommend his service.

I have used Mr Treacy for legal services and I am very surprised at the negative reviews.
I have found him to be extremely helpful in the difficult matters related to my fathers estate. Brian returned every phone promptly, guided me through the necessary work needed to be done. His fees were more than fair and reasonable.
My husband and I had Mr Treacy create trusts for us as well, I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Brian is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. He was supposed to be handling an Estate for my family and it's been 3 years now and it has not been closed out yet. He cannot even file documents with the probate court on time. Communication is very poor and he keeps coming back asking for more money since this has dragged out so long...when it has only been dragged out so long due to his incompetence. I would urge anyone with any legal needs to avoid Brian.
