This law office for estate planning is a great place where we went for our estate planning. Everyone that work there are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind and will make sure you are satisfied. We highly recommend Elder law and estate planning.

The elder law firm was a great experience. We went to a workshop then went in to talk about a trust. They were extremely helpful explained everything to us and help us pick the correct trust. Went out of there way to accommodate us when we purchased a new car.

I highly recommend Mr Treacy to anyone who will eventually need to apply for Medicaid for themselves or a loved one. This is best done when you have money. Long term care can use up a nest egg quickly. It's well worth having him review your situation so you can be prepared.

What a great Law Firm!
Jada updated my will down to the smallest detail.
They were friendly, professional, respectful and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns.
Beth kept in touch with all the legal paperwork and appointments in a timely manner.

Brian and his staff were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the Elder Law & Estate Planning Center to anyone who needs to complete these important documents. Brian has a unique ability to take a boring legal process and distill it down for the average person to understand fully, and does it with a sense of humor. It's a great feeling to know our trust is complete and we are not leaving our heirs to have to deal with probate court after we are gone!

I moved to SC recently after spending my entire life in AL, and as a single mom, I knew it was important for me to update my estate planning. It was important to me that my son avoid as many unnecessary steps, expense, and problems as possible. Ms. Gaines and her staff were beyond professional and informative yet so friendly and easy. She evaluated my situation and addressed all my questions and concerns. The work we agreed needed to be done was done in a timely manner and I highly recommend the firm.
